Welcome to the Crandall FFA & 4H Parents and Friends website and member platform. By accessing our website, using our member portal, subscribing to our email or SMS communications, or participating in our events and programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Website and Member Portal

All content provided through our website and member portal is for informational and community purposes only. You may not use the site or portal to engage in any illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

3. Email and SMS Communication

By opting in to receive emails or text messages from us, you consent to receive communications related to events, membership, fundraisers, and general announcements.

• Message frequency may vary.

• Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.

• Reply HELP for assistance.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate messaging at any time without notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our site or tools. This includes unauthorized access, attempts to harm others’ experience, or uploading harmful materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, materials, images, and text are property of Crandall FFA & 4H Parents and Friends or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them without prior consent. Any use of Crandall FFA & 4H Parents and Friends marketing materials (including but not limited to logos and event flyers) must be in line with our Branding Guide as detailed in the Member Portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) our site, portal, or communication platforms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.

SMS Terms & Conditions

• When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include event details and reminders, member updates, and real-time texts to ask and answer inquiries.

• Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation. No more than 5 automated messages will be sent in a month.

• You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at contact@crandallpaf.org.

• Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
